PillarFour Capital Announces Investment in The Bayou Companies

PillarFour Capital Partners (“PillarFour”), an energy focused private equity fund, is pleased to announce an investment in The Bayou Companies, LLC. (“Bayou” or the “Company”), a leading pipeline coatings and insulation provider based in New Iberia, Louisiana. PillarFour has invested into Bayou by way of a co-investment alongside Altamont Capital Partners (“Altamont”), a private equity firm with over $2.5 billion of capital under management.
Bayou is widely recognized as a market leader in offshore and onshore pipe coatings and insulation, including highly-specialized insulation for the oil & gas industry. Throughout its long history, Bayou has been a reliable partner for its customers across its mission-critical suite of services and has continued to invest in capabilities that match the increasingly complex demands of the pipeline community. Bayou’s prime location and expansive manufacturing and storage footprint provides efficient logistics and seamless operations for its customers.
